• Gothenburg Training Intensive

    “Lab Sweden” - the Gothenburg Training Intensive - was a five-day long artistic exchange for disabled and non-disabled artists and took place at Världskulturmuseet (Museum of World Cultures) in Gothenburg from 23 – 27 August 2016. It was hosted and led by Danskompaniet Spinn (Sweden) and Candoco Dance Company (UK) in collaboration with Renny O’Shea and Richard Gregory – artistic directors of the Manchester based performing arts company Quarantine. Participants came from Canada, the UK, France, Greece, Denmark and Sweden, and the artistic work took place throughout the entire museum, enabling visitors to take part in the creative activities the artists engaged in.
